Two Countries, One Family Bond: Jitendra Gupta’s Thailand & Singapore Adventure with Thrillophilia
When Jitendra Gupta planned a family trip across Thailand and Singapore, he knew it wouldn’t be easy – 20 people, including kids, cousins, and elders, all travelling together. But what unfolded was a smooth, fun-filled journey where every moment felt well thought out. “It was one of those rare trips where everything just worked,” Jitendra says with a smile. “Every day was planned perfectly, and yet we never felt tired.”
The Thailand Kick-Off: Sun, Sea, and Smiles
The adventure began in Pattaya, where the sound of the waves instantly set the mood. The first big highlight was Coral Island, where the family jumped straight into beach mode. “We went parasailing, did some water sports, and the kids built sandcastles while the elders just enjoyed the sea breeze,” Jitendra recalls. “It was the perfect start.”
Next came the Tiger Park, which turned into one of the most talked-about experiences of the trip. “Standing that close to real tigers – it’s both thrilling and slightly scary, but in the best way,” he laughs.
Then came a calmer day at Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, filled with cultural shows, well-kept gardens, and elephants. “It’s peaceful, beautiful, and great for families. We took a lot of photos there,” he adds.
Food was another highlight throughout Thailand. Every lunch and dinner featured Indian meals, which felt like a comforting touch of home. “That made a big difference,” Jitendra says. “With such a big family, having familiar food kept everyone happy and full of energy.”
Bangkok: Cruising Through the City’s Charm

From Pattaya, the group made their way to Bangkok, where the pace shifted but the excitement didn’t. Their city tour began with a visit to the magnificent Golden Buddha statue at Wat Traimit, one of Bangkok’s most revered landmarks. “It was breathtaking,” Jitendra says. “You feel a sense of peace just standing there. It’s hard to believe something so grand sits right in the middle of such a bustling city.”
The rest of the tour offered a glimpse of Bangkok’s contrasts — glimmering temples alongside buzzing street markets and high-rise skylines. “It’s busy, but in a good way. There’s always something happening around you,” Jitendra shares.
But the real showstopper was the Princess Dinner Cruise along the Chao Phraya River. “The cruise was magical – live music, city lights, and great food,” he says. “It was one of those evenings you don’t forget.”
The next day was reserved for Safari World, and it turned into pure family fun. Between the open safari, dolphin shows, and giraffe feeding, everyone – from the youngest to the oldest – was smiling. “We spent hours there and still didn’t want to leave,” Jitendra laughs.
Singapore: Three Days, Endless Experiences

After Thailand, the family flew to Singapore, a place Jitendra describes as “modern, spotless, and full of surprises.” Even with just three days, they managed to see it all – thanks to a well-planned itinerary.
The first stop was Universal Studios Singapore, which turned out to be a hit with everyone. “We arrived early and spent the entire day trying different rides. Some of us screamed our hearts out, while others just clicked photos and enjoyed the vibe,” Jitendra recalls.
Day two was all about Sentosa Island, packed with attractions and scenic spots. The family began at Gardens by the Bay, exploring the Cloud Forest and standing in awe beneath the Supertree Grove. “It’s hard to believe something so beautiful exists in the middle of a city,” Jitendra says.
On their way to Sentosa, they made a short stop at Merlion Park, Singapore’s iconic symbol. “It felt like we were finally in the heart of the city. That photo with the Merlion is still one of our favourites,” he adds with a smile.
The day ended with the Wings of Time show at Sentosa’s beach. “Lights, sound, water – it had everything. It was the perfect end to a perfect day,” he says.
Their final day in Singapore was slower and more relaxed. The group visited Orchard Road for shopping and dropped by Little India before flying back home. “Those last few hours were bittersweet. None of us were ready to leave,” Jitendra admits.
Travel Made Easy – Thanks to the Right Planning

Travelling with 20 people might sound chaotic, but for Jitendra’s family, it turned out to be one of the smoothest trips they’d ever taken. “A lot of credit goes to Abhinav, our trip coordinator from Thrillophilia,” he says. “He was available all the time, whether we had questions about transfers, meal timings, or sightseeing slots.”
Every hotel check-in, meal, and transfer went exactly as planned. “Usually, big family trips have small hiccups here and there,” Jitendra shares. “But this one? Nothing at all. Everything ran on time, and that made all the difference.”
A Journey That Brought Everyone Closer
Looking back, Jitendra says the trip was more than just a vacation – it was a family reunion filled with laughter, stories, and shared moments. “We covered so many places, yet never felt rushed,” he reflects. “The kids still talk about Universal Studios, the elders loved the dinner cruise, and we all enjoyed being together.”
When asked if he’d recommend Thrillophilia, Jitendra doesn’t think twice. “Absolutely. The entire trip – from Thailand’s beaches to Singapore’s city life – was perfectly planned. For a family as big as ours, that’s rare. Every day felt special.”
He ends with a smile, “Most trips leave you exhausted by the end. This one made us wish we had just a few more days.”
