Namdeo Mandge’s Bali and Thailand Journey With Thrillophilia: Fourteen Days of Warm Hospitality and Smooth Travel
When Namdeo Dattatray Mandge and his family of six decided on a long holiday across Bali and Thailand, they wanted comfort, clarity and a carefully organised itinerary that would give them enough to explore without feeling rushed. What Thrillophilia delivered was a two-week journey that moved across islands, cities, beaches and cultural landmarks in a pleasant rhythm. The team in both countries stayed in touch from the beginning, and every pickup, check in and transfer felt thoughtfully planned.
The only moment he felt could have been smoother was the brief stop at the Ganesh statue in Chachoengsao. Apart from this single instance, all other parts of the trip remained coordinated and enjoyable for the entire group.
Settling Into Bali With Calm and Comfort
The first day in Bali began simply. The group landed in Denpasar and found their private SUV waiting. The smooth drive to Ubud Heaven Sayan allowed them to shift into holiday mode quickly. Their three bedroom private pool villa offered privacy, greenery and quiet spaces where the family relaxed after the long flight.
The next morning started with the popular Kintamani route. They admired the view of Mount Batur, walked through a coffee plantation, visited the rushing Tegenungan Waterfall and looked over the bright green Tegalalang Rice Terrace. The Bali Swing added excitement to the day, and lunch was arranged at the swing venue. The combination of scenery, ease and local experiences made the first full day in Bali memorable.
Bali’s Cultural Corners and Sunset Views
Day three mixed beauty and culture. The family travelled to the famous Handara Gate, took photographs surrounded by mountains and mist, visited the serene Ulun Danu Temple on the lakeside and ended the day at Tanah Lot for the sunset. The timing, transfers and food arrangements worked well and allowed them to enjoy the day without hurry.
On the fourth day, they explored Uluwatu and watched the Kecak Dance as evening settled around the cliffs. The coordination remained smooth, and the group appreciated every moment of the experience.
A Day in Nusa Penida
The Nusa Penida tour was a highlight for the family. With early morning pickup and neatly scheduled transfers, they reached the island through a well-managed fast boat ride. Their private car on the island helped them cover Kelingking Beach, Angel’s Billabong, Broken Bay and Crystal Bay at a comfortable pace. Local lunch was included, and the trip delivered everything Thrillophilia had promised.
The next morning, their airport transfer arrived on time for their Thailand flight. The Bali section wrapped up with satisfaction and a feeling of gratitude toward the local drivers who handled every detail carefully.
Bangkok Welcomes the Group
Upon landing in Bangkok, the group were greeted by the local team and comfortably transferred to their hotel. The schedule was intentionally relaxed so they could explore the city at their own pace that night.

The Bangkok city tour the next day covered important temples, local gems and a lively evening dinner cruise on the Chao Phraya River. The family loved the changing skyline, the calm breeze and the warm hospitality on board. The day blended culture and leisure in a pleasant way.
Journey to Pattaya and a Small Exception
The next morning, they travelled to Pattaya with a planned stop at Chachoengsao. The short visit to the Ganesh statue felt slightly less organised when compared to the rest of the trip. While it did not create a problem, Namdeo felt this particular segment could have been arranged with more clarity. However, the onwards journey resumed smoothly, and they reached Pattaya without any further concern.
Once at their hotel, the rest of the day was relaxed. They explored the city at their pace and enjoyed the vibrant streets and markets.
Coral Island and Time by the Sea
The Coral Island tour offered a refreshing change. The group travelled by speedboat to spend the day near the water. Since the senior travellers wished to skip the water sports, the team ensured they had comfortable alternatives. They enjoyed the beach views, lunch and the pleasant weather. The return to Pattaya was timely, and the evening remained peaceful.
Phuket Brings New Energy
On the tenth day, the family boarded a flight to Phuket, where their next hotel stay was arranged. Phuket felt lively, colourful and full of options for exploration. They spent the evening walking through markets, trying local snacks and watching the busy nightlife.
Phi Phi Island the next morning was another high point. They admired Maya Bay, Loh Samah Bay, Viking Cave and Monkey Beach. Lunch on the island added comfort to a long and scenic day. The Fantasea Show later that evening added fun, music and colour to their Phuket experience.
Peaceful Krabi and Island Hopping

After their Phuket stay, the group continued to Krabi. Their hotel was comfortable, and the beach town offered a slower pace that everyone appreciated. The four-island tour took them to Phranang Cave, Chicken Island, Tup Island and Poda Island. The calm water, limestone formations and lunch on the beach made the day relaxing and energising.
The Last Day and a Smooth Departure
On the final morning, the group travelled back to Phuket for their return flight. The transfers were punctual, and the checkout process was convenient. With two full weeks behind them, the family flew home with pleasant memories.
A Trip They Will Look Back on Fondly
For Namdeo and his family, this long holiday became a collection of good memories. They appreciated Thrillophilia’s consistent organisation across two countries, six hotels, multiple transfers and a long list of activities. Except for the Ganesh statue stop, where the arrangement felt slightly off track, everything else went smoothly.
The comfortable stays, friendly drivers, variety of sightseeing spots and steady guidance from the teams helped them enjoy every destination at the right pace. It was a journey full of scenic moments, cultural experiences and family time, and one they would happily remember in the years ahead.
