It all started when Sweety’s 5-year-old spotted a helicopter soaring through the sky. “Mama, can people sit in that like in an aeroplane?” he asked, wide-eyed.
Sweety laughed, ruffling his hair. “Yes, but it’s a bit different.”
Her husband chimed in, “What if we took him on one? Imagine flying over something amazing…”
After a quick search, he said, “There’s a Helicopter Tour in Dubai! You can see Palm Jumeirah, Burj Khalifa, and the desert!”
Sweety playfully rolled her eyes. “You can’t be serious about going to Dubai for a helicopter ride!”

The family's exploration began as they visited the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, an experience that promised to be both thrilling and educational. As they entered, they were immediately greeted by the enormous tank filled with vibrant marine life. Their son’s eyes lit up in awe as he pressed his face against the glass, mesmerised by the graceful sharks and playful rays swimming just inches away.
“Look, Mom! It’s like finding Nemo!” he shouted, pointing excitedly at a clownfish. Sweety and her husband exchanged smiles, sharing in their son’s wonder.
Sweety’s favourite was the underwater tunnel, surrounded by a breathtaking array of sea creatures. With each step, they were transported into a magical world, the shimmering lights and aquatic colours captivating their senses.
As they explored the Underwater Zoo, they marvelled at the otters, who were entertaining with their playful antics, swimming back and forth with glee. Their son mimicked the penguins’ walk, making his parents laugh as he waddled around with exaggerated movements, flapping his arms.
At the end of their visit, they participated in a feeding session, where their son got to toss fish to the sea turtles, delighting in the experience.

The family’s desert safari felt like stepping into another world, far from the city’s glitz. The adventure began with their 4x4 vehicle racing up and down the dunes, laughter filling the car as they held on tight.
After the thrill of dune bashing, they arrived at a quieter part of the desert. A falconer introduced his bird, and their son couldn’t take his eyes off the falcon as it soared through the sky. “Can we also have a falcon at home?” he asked, his eyes wide with excitement. “How about we start with something that doesn’t fly away?” his dad quipped, making them all chuckle.
As the sun began to set, they climbed onto camels for a peaceful ride across the golden sands. “This feels like a scene from the Arabian Nights,” Sweety said, taking in the brilliant colours of the sunset.
Later, the family settled at the camp for a barbecue dinner, the smell of grilled kebabs filling the cool desert air. Afterwards, they found a quiet spot under the stars. And…with full stomachs and fuller hearts, they closed the night, grateful for the unforgettable magic of the desert.

The family’s adventure ended with the enchanting Miracle Garden and the fun Global Village, two must-visit attractions in Dubai.
Stepping into the Miracle Garden was like walking in heaven; the air was filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers, and the dazzling displays of colour took their breath away.
“Wow! Look at all those flowers!” their son exclaimed, running ahead to get a closer look at the massive floral structures, including a life-sized Airbus A380 made entirely of blooms. Sweety snapped photos of their son, his laughter echoing amidst the colourful flowers, capturing the essence of pure joy.
Next, they ventured to Global Village, where cultures from around the world came alive. The family meandered through bustling stalls, each showcasing unique crafts, delicious cuisines, and traditional performances.
As evening fell, they gathered to watch a spectacular cultural show. Their son cheered as dancers twirled in colourful costumes, and the infectious energy of the crowd made their hearts race. “This is the best day ever!” he shouted, echoing the joy they all felt.
Leaving the Miracle Garden and Global Village, the family carried with them unforgettable memories, cherishing the beauty and diversity of their Dubai – experienced together.
