Abhishek & Divya’s Andaman Review with Thrillophilia: A Simple, Enjoyable Escape to the Islands

For Abhishek and Divya, this trip to Andaman was a chance to take a break from routine and spend time together somewhere peaceful. They wanted a holiday that wasn’t rushed, didn’t feel complicated and allowed them to enjoy new places comfortably. Thrillophilia became the platform they booked through, and by the end of the journey, the couple described it simply, the trip was amazing, and the local staff behaved well throughout their stay.

Their experience was not about grand expectations or intense sightseeing. It was a pleasant, steady set of days that let them explore beaches, ferry between islands and appreciate the slow rhythm of Andaman.

A Gentle Start in Port Blair

On 16 December, the couple landed in Port Blair. Their driver met them at the airport and took them to Marina Manor for check-in. The property offered a comfortable stay for the night, and after settling in, they stepped out for their first outing.

Corbyn Cove Beach was the first introduction to Andaman’s coast. The palm trees, curved coastline and soft colour of the sea gave them a quiet, refreshing moment. It wasn’t crowded, which allowed them to enjoy a peaceful hillside stretch with time to sit or walk as they liked.

Their evening visit to Cellular Jail brought a more reflective atmosphere. They attended the light and sound show, which narrated important historical events in a simple, engaging way. It was different from typical tourist attractions and added thoughtful variety to the first day.

Crossing the Water to Havelock Island

The next morning, the couple checked out and headed to Phoenix Bay Harbour. The ferry ride to Havelock offered a nice shift in scenery, and the simple journey across the water marked the beginning of the next part of their holiday.

Upon reaching Havelock, they checked into De Havelock Queen. After relaxing for a while, they left for Radhanagar Beach. Known widely for its picturesque shore, Radhanagar stood out with its broad sandy stretch and blue waters. The couple enjoyed the slow pace of the beach, taking time to walk and sit by the waves before returning to their hotel.

The day didn’t require too much planning. They appreciated that the beach visit was at the right time in the afternoon, letting them enjoy it without heat or hurry.

A Day Spent at Elephant Beach

On 18 December, the couple visited Elephant Beach. The trip involved a short ride and a small walk to reach the beachfront. Once they arrived, the scene was lively. The water at Elephant Beach is known for its clarity, and Abhishek and Divya enjoyed looking at the reef area, where colourful marine life can be seen close to the shore.

Neemo Reef was one of the key highlights. Snorkelling activities were available at an additional cost, and many travellers around them were enjoying the underwater views. It added a cheerful, active element to their day, even if they chose to simply watch rather than participate in all activities.

They left the beach with enough time to rest comfortably at the hotel, which helped maintain a relaxed rhythm through their trip.

A Sunrise, a Ferry Ride and a Quiet Evening

The next morning began early with a visit to Kalapathar Beach. Reaching the beach at sunrise allowed them to enjoy a completely different shade of Andaman. The light was soft, the breeze was pleasant, and the shore was peaceful. The couple walked along the edge without distractions, and the calm start to the day became one of the moments they remembered fondly.

After the beach visit, they checked out and boarded the ferry back to Port Blair. Upon arrival, they checked into Blu Horizon for their final night.

Later in the afternoon, they visited Chidiya Tapu. Known for its quiet corners and forested paths, the place offered a simple but refreshing end to their sightseeing. It wasn’t crowded and gave them time to enjoy nature without noise. The colours in the sky during the early evening added additional charm to the visit.

Heading Home with Good Memories

On 20 December, the couple checked out and were dropped at the airport for their flight back home. Their journey had been steady, uncomplicated and filled with pleasant experiences across Port Blair and Havelock.

Final Thoughts

Abhishek summed up the holiday in a few words: the trip was amazing, and the behaviour of the local staff was good. This reflected exactly what mattered to him and Divya as travellers. They preferred a peaceful experience, quick assistance when required and an environment where they could enjoy each day without stress.

The staff they interacted with were polite, the transfers happened on time and the places they visited offered the right mix of scenery and calmness. Each island had its own charm. Port Blair gave them history and beaches, Havelock offered picturesque shores, and Elephant Beach added a slightly adventurous touch.

Abhishek and Divya returned with memories of quiet walks, ferry rides, long coastlines and helpful staff who were present whenever needed. Their Andaman trip turned out to be a simple, enjoyable escape, exactly what they were looking for.
